No, they will have revenues THIS year. Besides the possibility of a grant, they will receive a license fee for the 2-ton plant(s) in WY. I'm sure it's similar to Jindal's deal: half of the license fee up front and half when they break ground. That's one million right there... and it's very possible they'll sign additional deals this year. Interested parties from several countries are visiting the pilot plant in OK this summer.
