I have not done any real DD on this company yet. Was starting to look into it and then got distracted with some other plays. It does seem to be getting attractive at this low SP, but would be nice to know the root cause of the fall.
I believe they have announced that some shares will be sold in an IPO. I don't know of the timeframe for this.
And another thing i have heard whispers of is the sale of assets in Miami. That has not happened yet and i don't know if the inaction of that has caused discontent among shareholders.
