Yes I could see that. The lake and river are the boundary. I would guess they also have an easement on the east shore to include the waters but neither the reserve or the east shore are Indian lands.

The MOU was nothing more than fluff.

There was no authority given by anyone other than the crown sanctioning the claim on crown lands.

Saw an add for 200 acres for sale on the east shore not long ago.
It isn't worth much. They were asking $175k for it.
Maybe Dan could buy that and build a summer home so he doesn't have to travel far to get something done.

webpence you are incorrect about Lake Nemegosenda claims..

Dan in his incompetency, did not extend his assessment reserves to many of the Nemegosenda lake properties on the lake such that they came open and staked by other parties: ,4280477,428O476,1227669 are owned now by prospectors NOT SRSR/Nio Star. And on the east side , 4280479 is also owned by prospectors, NOT SRSR because Dan let them, inadvertantly one assumes, come open..

The map is wrong.

Don't believe me? Check out the MNDM maps they are the official registrar of the Crown leased claims.
