In case anyone is in any doubt that GE covers all his bases, from the prospectus

We have agreed to indemnify the Investor and certain other persons, and the Investor has agreed to indemnify us and certain other persons, in each case against certain liabilities in connection with the offering of shares of our common stock offered hereby, including liabilities arising under the Securities Act or, if such indemnity is unavailable, to contribute amounts required to be paid in respect of such liabilities. Insofar as indemnification for liabilities arising under the Securities Act may be permitted to our directors, officers, and controlling persons, we have been advised that in the opinion of the SEC, this indemnification is against public policy as expressed in the Securities Act and is therefore, unenforceable.

ENFORCEABILITY OF CIVIL LIABILITIES
We are incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands and our principal executive offices are located outside the United States. The majority of our directors and officers and our independent registered public accounting firm reside outside the United States. In addition, substantially all of our assets and the assets of our directors and officers and our independent registered public accounting firm are located outside the United States. As a result, it may not be possible for you to serve legal process within the United States upon us or any of these persons. It may also not be possible for you to enforce, both in and outside the United States, judgments you may obtain in United States courts against us or these persons in any action, including actions based upon the civil liability provisions of U.S. federal or state securities laws.
Furthermore, there is substantial doubt that courts of such jurisdictions (i) would enforce judgments of U.S. courts obtained in actions against us, our directors or officers and such experts based upon the civil liability provisions of applicable U.S. federal and state securities laws or (ii) would enforce, in original actions, liabilities against us, our directors or officers and such experts based on those laws.
