dilution means a great deal always but especially down here. going current pink was a "catalyst" for many. maybe worth a flip but long term didn't mean a thing really given what's going on. CEO may be blowing a nice opportunity - at least for normal shareholders. he doesn't care. he can convert to pf shares and RS. sure, he'll lose a host of current shareholders but there will be new ones. so far CEO in my opinion hasn't shown himself worth of trust. hasn't communicated, etc.
