Too late to fix fraud at PGPM
SEC punted them to the grey market. Will at least protect some investors who have not bought scam shares in PGPM.
Investors that own shares no face no MM's making a market, no bid, no ask, and only matching trades are allowed.
This will also prevent their toxic financiers from converting/selling, too.
Eventually liquidity will dry up and this thing will likely only trade sporadically.
Beware. Some that got stuck with shares will try to convince others that a 90% drop in the share price provides value. Because of the fraud at PGPM, it may be tough soon to sell at any price.
