Do you have an alternative to what's going on with Jana? As I've shown, there are more examples of this, Jana knows how to accumulate shares without triggering a HSR filing until its the right time. Meaning Jana purposefully exposed its move....suggesting private transaction. Futhermore Zimmer is working with Jana and will not comment...validating this being a private transaction.
