Better look again Nite has got 8 million for sale and CDEL is right behind Nite with a wall. Thats what happens when we do a little speculation that the pack does not like. and ask the Pack questions? This time I'm looking for some real cheapies.
I only do the math when I need more cheap shares. Ok it's time too get back too reality! Does the pack plan on taking The TXTM Sea of RED that turned Blue back To Green anytime soon? Cheers to the pack I could not resist and need more cheapie's anyway.
Lets do a little speculation while we wait: With 7500 Acres of Tea Alone TXTM should have much value. Anyone care to guess What the Wholesale value of Green tea is worth a pound and how many pounds per acre per crop a year.
Here is my best estimate of Cannabis:
If they plant the whole 7500 Acres in Cannabis we are talking about a lot of Green. 43560 sq ft per acre x 7500 arces = 326,700,000 sq. Ft or about 326,700,000 cannabis plants planted 1 foot apart @ 3 to 5 Lbs per Plant or about 1 billion to 1.5 billion pounds of cannabis per crop!
Someone please check my math because at one dollar a pound that would be 1 to 1.5 billion dollars per crop and at $3500 more like true value a pound that would be trillions of dollars per crop! TXTM is way way under valued If MMJ license is approved.. Mow down the Tea plant the Cannabis!
