MCZAF - Big bids as of this morning both at .0008 and .0007.
The bids would not have been there if some believe that this position still has a heart beat. This has been the case for the past 2 months. Somthing will click and my feeling is that the public entity of MCZAF will get absorbed by a group in the side wings.

MCZAF - Clearly a shorting, low BID position. Up 35% for the day. Someone should grab the ASK while it is still available. Looks like it will not be available for long.

MCZAF - Feeling is that the company are being set up for a takeover.

Interesting commentary: Dont know the validity but its worth a listen.

MCZAF - Bankruptcy Sale Hearing is set for June 21. See statement below:


Bidding Procedure Approved for Mad Catz, Inc.
Jun 1 17

The US Bankruptcy Court ordered approving the bidding procedure related to sale of substantially all of the assets of Mad Catz, Inc. on June 1, 2017. As per the order, all interested bidder must submit the bids along with good faith deposit of 10% of the purchase price on or before June 12, 2017. The auction will be held on June 19, 2017. The sale hearing will be held on June 21, 2017. The objections related to sale procedure must be filed on or before June 14, 2017.

We should be getting the results for how the court will settle the debts - soon.
