Yeah, wasn't it great of me to share that vital information about ERHC's 18.8% chance of success on the Tarach well that was only told to the 5 people that showed up at the special shareholder's meeting.

Hard to believe that any company would deliberately hide that information from their own shareholders. Then, to make matters worse, they selectively disclosed that information and never did disclose it in any of their public filings. Sounds to me like ERHC was in clear violation of REG FD which forbids selective disclosure of material information.

You may want to read the link below to decide if they broke the law because there is NOTHING more important than the COS of a well to exploration company investors.

Whether anyone believes the number is good or bad is irrelevant. The fact that they deliberately tried to hide it after it was made public to a select few is very relevant. I knew I had nonpublic material information and I was right to disclose it over and over. Otherwise I would have been complicit and may have even been accused of insider trading had I traded the stock based on that information. Obviously I did the right thing to protect myself and other investors.
