Fins 2015/2016 were posted. Not sure what you all mean. Were they rejected? Q's would be nice

NEWC is an SEC registrant. They have not filed the required quarterly and annual filings with the SEC. Which means the stock could be suspended, and registration revoked, by the SEC at any time. Without any additional warning whatsoever.

They are now over 24 months delinquent. The SEC is now beginning to suspended at the 18 month mark, so the risk of a suspension is extremely high.
