The CEO has been transparent to the present time imo. He did say no RS but where I would agree with you is to .25. When this takes off I do see a RS for the purpose of up listing to bigger markets. My eyes are now focused on marketing in the next few weeks. Kudos to them to this point, they have a working product that is well received.
