yes... and if the value was tied to sk and crew demanding that they continue running the show, getting rid of that demand (and sk and crew) could actually increase the value...

I agree....but how a Ronin controlled board and we shareholders will profit is the question.

Is Ronin playing down the IP just for negotiating purposes?

I just wish their letter was not SO critical of the IP.

Could have just said although it is promising and in very good intellectual hands...ie..MSK et al...PPHM management has not been able to monetize it and should be replaced.

Ronin could be working for others to help obtain the IP. Trust but verify.
