Pilpgrim petroleum was allegedly a plc in London that changed its name . Here is my post debunking that

Yep, just checked here. London & General Management was not formerly Pilgrim Petroleum, PLC. This company filed on June 29, 2017.

They gave a $600,000,000 line of credit but no office. Lol. No one can find them

The parent company is a British incorporated private limited liability company. The problem I have is with the PLC designation which stands for public liability company for public companies registered in Britian.
