1. Were you advised to voluntarily default on the creditor? 2. Please name the parties who advised you to voluntarily default on Mr. Einhaus.
If Wais was smart he'd want to avoid committing perjury in California. Its punishable by up to one year in a county jail, or a fine of $25,000, or both for each violation.
