BUYER BEWARE: The worst part is we do NOT yet know the warrant conversion price. The "New" common could be trading at .04 (as per my DD below) but the warrant conversion cost is .04. Therefore, "existing shareholder's would be wiped out. This is a one-day flip. After the vote on Mon 7/17, everyone's fate is sealed
