KNDI simply needs to adjust their planning to stop relying on gov subsidies to survive. Rather they need a better marketing/advertising strategy to promote the products. And they need to find more ways to cuts costs. If they can do all of that then it will be reflected in the stock price. They should also listen to the Voice of the Customer (VOC). I'm not sure if they are doing that. Maybe conduct formal surveys with existing consumers ... what works, what doesn't work so well. Relying on subsidies is a dead end in the long run. Eventually they go away, or at a minimum...they are limited/restricted which hurts corporate growth.
