Not True, they would have dumped even with yield sign on!!
SEC link allowing selling even with yield sign,,, has been posted here many times,,long time ago to prove the dumping theory false!! !!
Besides,, there were no dilution neither Notes in previous/ 2weeks/short term highs..... Notes are over with buddy!!!-
