What I'm asking about is possible dilution. The agreement states certain note holders have the right to purchase over 200 million in equity, I'm just wondering if the "equity" is referring to stock or some other security?

Also, there is a offering I saw in the agreement regarding that specifically is a common stock offering but it doesn't say how much. I get that the company is raising capital now, but the dilution you really can't predict because of the vagueness. Or is there a way to shed light on this? maybe i'm missing something.
