Unfortunately, an RS and/or AS increase will take place first. Unfortunate byproduct of failure...RS definitely, don't know if they got enough for the AS on the second vote, but appears they really wanted that one too, even calling shareholders, sound kind of desperate. But, board really liked the RS idea, went off without a hitch...
