I assumed the $10M shift was what makes 2018 flat. But you make a good point. It's not clear.

A better question: How does 2018 projections affect the companies claim of profitability? King and Lytle never reiterated this projection.

And once again, we had a cc where very little was said about strategic plan. The knee jerk reaction to split the company was about the only plan and they had no clue how it was going to be done. Ronin's letter pointing out King and Lytle's lack of clear pathway is so telling.
