Agreed. The commons and preferred holders get a piece of the new company. How much is left up to the judge but could be a big piece like $UPL as the assets and debts were comparable in that case. No one knows more than this right now. We will run on speculation till that point. Float has to be tiny. And BK stocks cannot dilute so a real squeeze can happen here.
