Not to mention the prior reverse splits of 1:3,000, 1:10,000, and yes, another 1:10,000, and a modest 1:100.

That, folks, is how they operate, and that's how millions of shares can quickly turn in to ONE share.

Actually, it probably is only a fraction of a share, but my account shows it as 1.

HCEI would need to go multiple hundreds of dollars per share in order for me to break even.

Can it happen? Seriously, ask yourself if you want to part with your money before you jump in and are dealt a similar fate for your dollars.

And, please, save the replies stating I just need to learn how to "invest" in sub-penny stocks I HAVE learned.......STAY AWAY from sub-penny garbage like this, with dubious leadership.

In other words, @ 99.8% of the OTC.
