No chance it gets delisted, and highly unlikely to be halted even for a short period, too many big players and too much money would be tied up. This isn't a trip that people might lose a few thousand. Tens of millions are at stake. I agree the case will likely drag out for a year or two. There is a good chance nothing comes of the suit
DRYS would only be halted if the SEC finally feels the heat and Kalani continues to dump shares. Once Kalani stopped illegal dumping DRYS would reopen for trading.
