I did like that they cleaned up $200k in insane "loanshark" loan like you pointed out - just so frustrating he keeps using converts... doesn't seem necessary at all. If he'd just clean those up, he'd have a legit biz that could lever up normally...
I'm worried his plan is to now just use the "free money" from the converts until AS is maxed and then RS, clean it all up and run it legit from there... unfortunate for those that get stuck holding during the RS, but - definitely a decent tick flip for a while I believe... we'll see.
