It's best the company not sell shares for cash. Dilution is not so good at this point. The patent (s) sale is a good way to generate revenue and NNLX believes it doesn't have an effective way to market and distribute the Flat Pack in China or Europe.
Unless everybody hates the company here, the sale of the patents is a good thing.
As for the pump and dump notion, the stock was no affected by this announcement so I see not pump and dump going on.
Ex, they don't want to sell shares at today's price, much to low. It would cause to much dilution and BB has always tried his best to limit dilution. Therefore the best way to raise money is to sell an asset for the needed funds. Bob
