Integral will be rolling in money once they get the four million dollars from Ultimate Battery Company.

I am a little worried though as the Ultimate Battery's website has not changed since the time of the announcement of the MOU with Integral (one year). Apparently they have nothing else happening. I have tried to find information on Ultimate Battery, but the only thing out there is the website and the MOU with Integral.

It isn't possible they created a company, set up a website and created a press release just to make it look like they will receive $4 million is it? It has been a year and one would think Ultimate would have said something else in that time.

Your working to hard. Just play the price action. If you want to play technicals, don't do it in OTC. Your wasting your precious time. All OTC is BS, play reaction to any news.....DONT MAKE A PROJECT OUT OF IT.
