With what they have going on there isn't a need for a reverse split yet..if financing falls thru on AMS or something along those lines than maybe... but Josh is doing what he needs to do to make the business successful.
Hypothetical assumptions don't do anything except keep new investors away.. and it would be there loss. Once this starts to go up, all of those investors will jump on the band wagon.. we just get to go for a ride until that happens.

It's funny how you and some others keep going on with nonsense. Anyone has the power to take this to wherever. Whether it's to the Moon or to trips. It's up to the investors. Do they believe in this... buy on the ask. Buying with the bids, only feeds to the ones that are trying to drag this down.

Basically.. once this pos is mired in deep tripps an R/S is seen as a way to artificially lift the PPS to allow further dilution

Feel free to check my history of posts. The companies I've commented on have an uncanny habit of turning out to be dumpster fires as predicted. So why would I buy shares in something I'm convinced is likely to keep going down? (and, no, I don't short stocks... I'm not crazy). I have no interest in enriching myself or anyone else at the expense of other investors. I post my own DD and opinion. Often I'm the only critic on a board which is usually one too many for most people.

No company that operates in good faith and does what it says it will is in any danger of being destroyed by a little pointed criticism. Some are convinced CEO Alper can perform miracles with 15-20 ventures at the same time. I merely point out that the challenges he faces are great and the probability of success seems limited.

Sorry, but calling a co a pos and suggesting it will be mired in deep trips w an R/S coming does not seem to me as if one is merely pointing out the challenges a co. faces and that the probability of success seems limited.

Nor does calling for trips from the time the stock was at 0017 to 0057 to 0017 back to 004 back to 0016 as it is after todays close.

Even grammar mistakes are a big issue. Everything is a big issue.

BTW, hitting 0016 a few times and bouncing off of it is how we confirm a bottom.

.0016...charts said it couldn't/wouldn't happen. "The bottom is in".. or so we were told.

The SP drops and it's the end of the world. The SP closes up and it's meaningless because a certain amount of shares traded at a lower SP.
