Considering that would be 110 million and ENTI old, PTEL and 100 Million ENTI taken out and filed with the SEC that is about 264.203

264.203 + 233.5 + 2 + .138+ 13.35 = 513.191 roughly. Locking in certs for the chase...but reducing some cost until the dust settles.

Dilution at its finest...still need $2 but it also mean I can keep more...

Best Guess... 2 halves to 500 million total SS. No clue yet what parks where for sure...but getting close...I guess OTCQB then Premier level
