You forgot the 40 million Platinum shares that have not been converted, are their more preferreds not converted. What about options.

Also, the DECN wonks have stated DECN would settle for alot less than you suggested. The other suit was suppose to bring in tens of millions in loss sales. In any event, the number will be a pittance to JJ
