I think they release it after hours just like any other big companies we see, the reports are issued after hours and also many people get time to read it. On a normal day, many people might miss reading the fillings and the interest would not be there as comparing to 3 days. So 3 days which includes the weekend grows much more interest and bring many new investors on the table.

JMHO
