NEW Info on BIEI:

Recap of my DD: Much of the excitement and upcoming PRs will revolve around the production manufacturing launch. The production manufacturing launch will be considered complete when the first volume run of products, to BIEI specs, in our dedicated packaging, is in BIEI possession and ready for distribution.

Today's exchange shed more light on what this might mean. This may be long-winded, but I want it to be clear and accurate.

NEW INFO:
-The supply chain involves pieces that require a large volume purchase, which has been made. The most important of these pieces may not be "in" yet.
-The supply chain involves investment in custom tooling, which has been made and the tooling is IN.
-The manufacturing process has to be setup, tweaked, and trialed, in order to assess machine capability, process variability, quality conformance, reject rate, etc.
-Production Trial Runs are underway.
-The next batch of inventory on the site might be from the trial runs.
-The procurement and manufacturing process take somewhere between 6 and 10 weeks to complete.
-The products come off the line as packaged and ready for distribution.

My Conclusions:
The product manufacturing launch is underway. I believe that we could be 2-3 weeks from NEWS. The company will be SET for future fulfillment as their manufacturer will likely hold the company's balance of materials in order to expedite future orders. The volume of patches in this production run are massive. There is 1 integral piece of the puzzle that is yet to be delivered in the supply chain, and that is the lynch pin. When trials are complete and the 1 piece arrives... production sky is the limit.

From my post 44250 on 6/26.

The company has stated that they will not issue PRs or press GO on new marketing, sales and distribution efforts until the production run is complete.

I do not expect a PR until production has completed the first batch of production run patches. Since a vital part of the supply chain was not "IN" yet as of Monday, I am not expecting anything for another couple of weeks.

From my post 44511 on 6/29.

We are starting to see PRs, though not tied directly to the production manufacturing run. If we are starting to see production trial run patches on the site... WE ARE ALMOST THERE.
