I spoke with CFO Robert Reynolds yesterday afternoon... The company has been dormant for a while since the run from low 001s-06~ They is only a couple of publicly traded companies in the USA who mine Antimony a unique and rare earth element used in many consumer and commercial products.

*He told me that they have been diligently working to get the company compliant.

*They have hired an audit firm and shareholders will see filings in 2 WEEKS

*CEO & CFO have invested over $300k of their money to get this company compliant with sec again..

*They found Ore in one of the mines....

*Formal Updates coming very soon.. he thanks shareholders for their patience but we will all be rewarded for our loyalty

*No shares to hit market.. NO Dilution, A/S is maxed!!!

*MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY DONT NEED FUNDING atm...
