protector of who? at this point i would rather lose my entire investment with new BOD and leadership than muddle through the inept corrupt team we have now. current board has pillaged shareholders long enough and it borders on criminal act. off with their heads as they use to say.

You seem to have an infatuation with Ronin, and it may be premature. You have no idea what his intentions are. I don't like our bod,but I'll reserve my judgement. Something tells me this may not be as good as some posters are making it out to be.

No brainer here, IMO. I am voting my shares in favor of Ronin group. If there is value in Bavi, we need a new group with better connections and acumen to monetize it. The current mgmt team and BOD had way too many years and way too many millions of dollars in compensation thanks to the ATM, and they have failed miserably, from a clinical, share price and market cap perspective. Add the icing on top that they hardly own/purchased any stock, rape the company with outrageous fees and salaries, fail to effectively communicate, and have zero biotech and manufacturing experience, and a BOD history littered with penny stock failures. In my opinion we have a new group with plenty of skin in the game that has a strong resume and track record.

IMO opinion this is one of the most compelling cases of corporate malfeasance imaginable, and one of the easiest cases to vote in favor of Ronin. When you combine the lack of BOD stock ownership, exorbitant fees, massive dilution, and operational, legal and clinical miscues on so many fronts, which has resulted in massive shareholder destruction, it is a no brainer in my opinion to vote for Ronin.

Do your own diligence and vote as you wish. I am one of the truest and longest longs, with no agenda other than creation of shareholder value, and righting the wrongs that have been exacted upon us shareholders.

There are two anti-Ronin groups that I can see.

1. This one is semi-legitimate. Ronin appeared to dump on the IP pretty good. Many people here are convinced that the IP is worth a great deal, despite what the current crew has done with it to date. My take is that if it is worth anything, Ronin will be better equipped to get the most out of it. If it makes money, he makes money. Any deal for the IP with the current board in charge would likely mean that they would have to give up their 500k per year. Not a great incentive.

2. Some have supported the BOD for so long it's hard to see who they really are. It was spelled out pretty well in yesterday's letter. It was much worse than I thought and I hated them beforehand.

For some it's a combination.
