Even if slighly apart that is 180W of energy you have to disipate with a cooling solution. Last I checked 180W>165W or 140W. And did ya notice that when they put 4 of those zen chips in Epyc, the frequency goes down to 2.1Ghz. I wonder what could possibly be going on there????
