The info is contained in an e-mail from the Transfer Agent I received in answer to my request for current O/S for Integral Technologies! Not pretty!
The advice from some to not pay any attention to 8Ks and the like is criminal in my mind!

we currently show 205,039,428 outstanding for Integral as of 7/14/17 at 9:03 am.
