I've been holding this train wreck for 8 years, and due to crooked judges and politicians, I've decided to sell it all in Jan 2018.

Me too...I've been holding coming up on 9 years now. I won't sell in Jan, 2018. After all...I've held this long. What's another 2-3 years to find out if it was worth it. haha.

The only reason I'd sell is if I was desperate for the money...which is unlikely.

Why wait to then. Why waste another weekend with (FNMA) worry. I'm with steamer. No light on horizon just despair. Bad karma with this company breaking up so many families with strict foreclosure policies when they backed sale in first place. Sooner this company goes under the better if you ask me.
