Cooper, here is why we seem Jaded.... People don't just change...

Ok... here is part of the news release....

President & CEO of Unique Pizza & Subs Corp, James Vowler, said, "I opened my first pizza shop when I was 20 years old, started my own pizza franchise when I was 24, took the company public when I was 34 and in all those years Kevin Serrano is one of the only people I have ever met that I wanted to partner with! Kevin has a history of owning and operating successful Unique franchises and I am excited about opening many Unique Pizza Tap House's with him. Our loyal shareholders have been anticipating the opening of this location and I project that their loyalty and patience will pay off in 2017. Unique Frozen Pizza, PopsyCakes, Jose Madrid Salsa, Christopher Street Products, we have quietly been getting it done."

Kevin did open one Unique Pizza Shop. He never paid a franchise fee or any royalties. It WAS NOT a successful business and it went out of business like all the others.

Maybe go back 10 years on here

The employees were instructed (Before they all walked off) not to let anyone know (i.e. investors or customer) that any stores have closed that is why Millvale is listed when you call. JV told one of the employees that he only got $1,000.00 this week not the $20,000.00 that he reports that he is to get. He now has employees that have to go to the food bank, who are being evicted from their homes, and are now behind on their commitments, while he and his family still live the life of the Rich and Want to be Famous. It's really sad that another human would do this to employees who were not only loyal but believed he was a man of his word. I think that all the wronged employees should picket his house and let his neighbors see him for what he is. Week after week after week he promised CC works their pay plus a little extra for being put out, but I guess it's kind of hard to fallow through with your promises when you’re OUT OF THE COUNTRY!!! So when all of you investors continue to back the Vowlers I would like you to keep in mind all of the people he has done wrong to. The women and her son who no longer have a place to live, the 7 mothers who are trying to make ends meet for their family (Food, lights, water) 1 women who needs to pay her medical bills. Oh just incase you weren’t adding that is only 9 people running the CC a far cry from the 18 to 20 people he mentioned. FACT when the employees of the CC center went to collect their personally belongs they were told by a GH employee that they weren’t allowed to be there, oh and let me mention that she was on the phone with one of the Vowlers and asked if they wanted to be put on speaker phone, and yes you guessed it the phone never went on speaker and she hung up. I say sell your stocks now even if it’s at a loss, ask your self is this the type of Company or Men that you want to be linked with??? I don’t wish any ill fate on the Vowlers, only that they get what they deserve, You Reap What You Sew.

Bill Vowler as Corporate VP I am hoping will step in and address the call center folks to discuss what the situation is and estimate of when it can be resolved. I've said repeatedly I've spoken to Bill Vowler personally and I found him to be a Class A individual. To tell people you don't have their paycheck in hand is not comfortable. To meet with them and give them an honest update as to what to expect is what we all hope for in our corporate lives. I have no knowledge whatsoever of the inner workings of Unique Pizza but if what you folks are saying is true, that they owe taxes etc then sounds like they are having some serious financial problems. This is why I am SO OPPOSED to listening about Bob Fidler and his personal wealth. It doesn't seem to at all tie in with Unique Pizza corporately, currently. And like 'loaner' jaguars being driven in the face of unpaid employees an individual's personal wealth being thrown in the face of unpaid employees and shareholders who are seriously down after buying on the many ridiculous PR's JV put out does not show much class on the part of the CEO IMO. And Will did work very hard for Unique Pizza. He is another Class A individual and just a really nice person to talk with.

HERE IS A GOOD NEWS RELEASE.... Guess how many stores they opened???

As the CEO of Unique Franchise Operations Inc., I am always on the lookout for franchise opportunities that will give our company a competitive edge and our shareholders value," stated Mark Ellison"

Unique Pizza and Subs Signs Deal for the Rights to 115 Franchises Valued At $2,012,500

PITTSBURGH, Oct. 5, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation (Pink Sheets:UPZS), a Delaware Corporation, announces a deal structured to sell the rights to 115 franchises to be established in the state of Texas. This deal with Unique Franchise Operations, Inc. will be carried out over a period of two years in which UFO will make weekly installment payments until the entire amount of $2,012,500 is paid to Unique Pizza and Subs. This agreement will sell each franchise for a discounted fee of $17,500 instead of the normal $20,000 franchise fee because of the commitment of over 100 locations. The deal is also structured to set a flexible schedule on when these stores will be opening and on the areas of Texas they will be located. Unique Pizza and Subs will work closely with Unique Franchise Operations to find the best locations for these new stores and to open them on a consistent schedule.

"As the CEO of Unique Franchise Operations Inc., I am always on the lookout for franchise opportunities that will give our company a competitive edge and our shareholders value," stated Mark Ellison. "We believe that acquiring 115 Unique Pizza and Subs Corp. franchises is a good strategic move and a good fit for our company. I have been a shareholder of UPZS since it went public and have watched it build the infrastructure to enable it to follow a fast and solid growth track. I personally did not hesitate in collateralizing the $2,012,500 funding for Unique Franchise Operations, Inc. (UFO) to acquire 115 Unique Pizza and Subs franchises. I believe that this is only the beginning of the rapid expansion of UPZS and thought it prudent for UFO to take advantage of the opportunity to stake its claim. Having examined the product and the operational plan thoroughly, we believe that Unique Pizza and Subs Corp. will be the dominant player in the pizza and subs categories in the near future, and we are proud to be a part of the tremendous growth and expansion of such a great company."

Has anyone tried to call the corporate number? JV's BV or the main #? Can't get through on those numbers????

Try their pool house, jacuzzi room or have them paged at the Patriots game. I'm pretty sure the pizza convention in Paris is over by now. But don't forget the great sacrifices they are making.

"A lot of talk out there, but JV is living the big shot life and hasn't figured out cash flow 101. Always my fear, now a reality. He single-handidly, now, fleeced a goodly portion of his friends & family, and their friends and family. Dilute the heck out of everyone and give Garland free reign to sell on the open market each and every day. It seems obvious jailtime will be a result of Unique Pizza and Subs. I hope I'm wrong and they've begun to turn this around, but they've gone quiet again."

Mike- You are absolutely right. The only hope for the future of this company is for JV to step aside. If this were a normal business with a real Executive Board, he would have been shown the door long ago. The casual attitude shown toward some pretty serious issues like missing payroll, not paying taxes, lack of financial accountability and others could very well put him in very serious legal trouble. And these are only the things we KNOW about. With Garland Harris keeping the business afloat, one has to wonder who is actually in control right now. IMO

"merry christmas happy holidays to all"

Thank you Jimmyjag. And to everyone who has been hurt by Jim Vowler in ways they never deserved, may you find a way to have a happy and healthy holiday. May you take comfort in knowing that there will be justice soon, and there will be reason to celebrate in 2008. Everyone got involved in some way because of promises and information that have proven to be nothing more than lies. -Employees who are owed back pay must now endure false accusations of incompetence and back-peddling on promises made.
- Initial Investors who were coaxed into putting hard-earned money into this thing based on a business model that was complete fiction (#of stores committed, actual revenue streams, owners having a clue about running a business, assurance that the funds would be used to grow the business). Then having to sit on the sidelines holding onto their restricted stock while a privileged few drive the stock price up to 83 cents and cash in, making tons of money in the process and leaving those whose money got this started in the first place with nothing more than worthless paper certificates.

Yes, I do hope the ghost of Christmas future points his big old grim reaper scythe at these guys and swings for the fences...
God bless us everyone.
