UPZS did NOT open brewhouse. Kevin Serrano opened a brewbouse. UPZS has no financial stake in it.
Vowler never followed through on his end of the deal....another Vowler failure.

There is no actual proof UPZS has a 50% financial stake in the Brewhouse, now the Taphouse. They never paid a cent in rent, remodeling, Utilities, Insurance, etc for the 16 or so months they rented the place before they opened. You were going to show us proof, guess you never found it either. We hoped and tried to prove they were 50/50 partners, just could not do it.

I highly doubt Kevin paid for everything himself and just gave half to UPZS. That would be the only way they would own half. Unique has been removed from pretty much everything except the outdoor sign on the building.

UPZS has no money, has had no money since inception in 2005. Only survived by selling stock for the last 12 years.... Hopefully your smart enough to realize its them selling at these low prices.
