Ah ok, now I see from reading the update back last month from the company. They passed the testing at ATA and that data will be used by the Wind Council(?) to determine final certification where homeowners can get the tax credit. So looks like foreign sales will commence upon verbal success of testing. Domestic to follow once written certification is received.
