I think a stock needs to be trading over
.01 for 20 days to be upgraded to OTCQB.

There is extra cost for audited financials
so I do not expect an upgrade until the money
starts rolling in. Maybe in early 2017.

If the news attracts too many flippers or a spike triggers a short attack, we may continue to dip sub-penny here and there for awhile longer, but I believe by Q4 or sooner we will be off the pinks
