You are correct, I've never gone through a halt, But I have been through a suspension before and the stock drops dramatically because everyone sells for the lowest price, knowing that shorts must cover (and theres quite a few I'm sure) place your order to sell reasonably higher, I'd say a few at .0039 minimum and .01 or so maximum. If you cant get .0039 If you bought over .005 why bother even trying to sell, when there's a chance this turns around in your favor IF your long. If someone is short obviously they want people to sell low as possible and tell people this thing is definite toast which is not true yet.
