No wonder their stock promotion newsletter is trying to hype this POS stock so much. Must be tons of toxic financing shares yet to hit the share pool.

I hear USMJ doesn't even have enough shares authorized to be able to convert (at a huge discount) those toxic deathspiral financing shares they owe.

They may have added even more toxic financing recently, too.
