We should only be a couple weeks out at the max. If I remember correctly the pr came put June 23, so we are not too far off of launch time .

or more vindicating (aside from filings) than sitting on a sub penny stock who claims merger and thereafter is specifically indicated/referenced by the very same nationally franchised company they pr'd about and referenced...

The key word here is "the sale transaction"

For if it didn't exist...they wouldn't say transaction....and would say it was fake or sue for liable...shoot they have our contact like they and UHLN are best pals...

When they say the word "concluded" it's also very telling...for if there is never a start surely one wouldn't reference a conclusion...
