Matt, i appreciate the points you make here. As i see it, the biggest problem with the trading action on this stock has been not enough "strong hands" willing to buy into the longer term story on SINO's earnings potential (not to mention those who see it as a good way to play what is most likely a return to health of the shipping sector).

Now that SINO's actual earnings over the past three quarters (total of 0.33 EPS for these past 3 quarters: 8, 11, and 14 cents) and SINO's earnings potential (all those partnerships) have come more clearly into view, i do think there is the good chance that a sufficient number of value- and growth-investors can come in and overcome the "whipsaw" trading action created by short-term traders, shorts, and MMs.

This has happened with many other stocks, where the shareprice re-sets to a higher trading range based on fundamentals and a slew of new investors.
