Yeah, every 1 out of 100 $.0001 stocks gets pumped up and dumped, but 99% of them sit at $.0001 until they reverse split.
Even the pumped ones eventually end up back at $.0001 and those who buy into the pump lose.

WSTI is dead money at this point.
