..IMO He's side-stepping (Lawyering) his true motives which is to go after MJ in all forms ..He pretty much stated that he did not have sexual relations with that woman.. ;) He pulled the same thing in the hearings.. to avoid waves before getting in.

In reply to the post earlier about the 27th or 29th.. That started off this topic I quickly referred to the Cole memo as a blanket "title" because it's one of the main things being reviewed, and others in the press refer to it because of the (Protections) it provides.. Sessions in other articles has questioned Medical Marijuana, has asked congress for permission to let lose on MJ/MMJ..
