Unfortunately, dilution continues and has throttled the pps and any interest in INCC. When VNDM sits on the ask every day, and the CEO puts out PR after PR only to dump 30-50M shares, the market sees it for what it is, a diluting POS with no upside.
INCC is now permanently on my "NEVER trade list"!
Antonio had a chance here with some strong supporters, but blew it, and now is stupid enough to dilute into low summer trading volume...SMFH!
