A ticker change ... 1-for-1 shares as in NO Reverse Split (RS)... means this new company and new security basically has officially gone public and trades on the OTC tier or exchange in the U.S.

And if we're to believe what was heard by apparently officials of this company at their recent conferences... especially when we heard Richard Oravec who's 'Investor Relations' man for them... their idea is to go to the NASDAQ... absolutely superb!!!
