Well, it could be that Head is a biologist. It could also be that the President oversees the administration side of the company as well as business development. After all, this is a business trying to develop cancer vaccines.

What difference does it make who announces what? Let the biologist develop the vaccine and the person hired as President handle the finances and press releases. As long as the company is moving forward, I do not get the pettiness.
